Nellie Sanandaji
From the age of 13, Nellie Sanandaji has dedicated her passion to supporting individuals with disabilities, amassing over two decades of invaluable experience in this field. As a regional director, Nellie spearheaded initiatives focused on staff and caregiver training, parent consultations, and clinician supervision. Additionally, she serves as a behavior specialist at Pleasanton Unified School District, providing support to emotionally disturbed students, as well as those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other intellectual disabilities.
Nellie is a highly qualified professional, holding a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and earning certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is also certified in Acceptance Commitment Therapy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a specialization in Special Education.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nellie finds joy in spending quality time with her family. Their shared interests include travel, nature exploration, and culinary adventures. Nellie, a skilled cook, also has a deep appreciation for music.
