Revathi Khivansara

Revathi empowers individuals and families at Visionary Independence Program by connecting them to vital community resources like Cal Fresh, Medi-Cal, CAPI, UI EDD, and SSI. She expertly assists them with navigating complex paperwork, including immigration forms and insurance documents. Revathi also serves as the bridge between Visionary Independence Program and the Regional Center of the East Bay, ensuring smooth communication. Additionally, she manages SLS staff schedules, hiring, and payroll, demonstrating her diverse skillset.

Bringing a wealth of experience to her roles, Revathi started her career in human resources and design. She has since held positions as an HR manager and currently serves as a director at RISE 2 SUCCESS (ILS) in Newark, CA. Notably, Revathi holds an architectural degree and is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.
